1. Obtain the 4 bit CRC Code word for the data bit sequence 10011011100 using the generator polynomial x4+x3+1.

2. The received code word is 1100100101011, check if there an error is the code word, if divisor is 10101.

3. The bit stream 10011101 is transmitted using the standard CRC method. The generator polynomial is x3+1. Show the actual bit string transmitted. Suppose the third bit from the left is inverted during transmission. Show that this error is detected at the receivers end.

4. An 8-bit byte with binary value 101011 is to be encoded using Hamming code. What is the binary value after encoding?
